Bear Grylls is a modern day adventurer and survival expert, whose award winning TV shows inspire millions of people around the globe to get outside, push beyond their boundaries, and explore the natural world around them. To further his mission, Bear Grylls Ventures partnered with Blue Marble to develop a new line of outdoor equipment, providing field-proven performance at an accessible entry point to consumers.

The multi-year effort included a full brand audit and evaluation, identifying key audience insights, competitor analysis, and redefining the positioning as the brand expanded into the consumer products space. From there, we designed and developed the core product line, a three-year product roadmap, to-market strategies for retail and direct-to-consumer sales, packaging and a retail support program.
